Thirteen  Roses and their escorts and entourage participated in the Sunday service in St. John's on the 19th August.

A long tradition in Tralee, for years a civic service in conjunction with the Festival of Kerry was held at which all the participants and the Rose committee attended.  However, recently a different format has been followed with Roses attending services in the various churches in the town.

It was lovely to welcome them to Church and to meet them during refreshments in Teach an TSolais afterwards, many thanks to all who contributed to the service.
